Piedmont Facilities Services is a full-service facilities management firm headquartered in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. We are uniquely capable of supporting organizations experiencing either rapid growth or workforce reductions.

Company Background
Piedmont Facilities Services was founded in 1993 by Scott McCormick. Our success with some of the area's leading companies has fueled tremendous growth in the last nine years. Our professional project managers are experts in construction, relocation and facilities management projects and serve a variety of clients throughout the Piedmont Triad of North Carolina.
Scott McCormick, President, has worked in facilities management and construction since 1985. He is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a B.S. in Industrial Technology. North Carolina General Contractors License available upon request. |
