the necessary infrastructure to track progress, status and costs. - We oversee every aspect of the project, from negotiating with the relevant city or utilities, through construction, interior improvements, move-in and follow-up.
- We can manage the activities of all vendors associated with the construction project, including general contractors, specialty contractors,

Piedmont Facilities Services can assist you with a range of relocation services — from daily moves, adds and changes of employees and groups, or a
major relocation of all employees. Our experience includes relocation of offices, manufacturing facilities, furniture systems and labs.
- We are AutoCAD-literate and can create detailed plans to define a building's overall layout and adjacencies.
- Working with vendors, we help you define the furniture systems, standards and typicals that will characterize your space, including elements such as
wiring, fabric and finishes. - We provide detailed implementation schedules and manage all projects according to approved budgets.
- We ensure that you are well-informed about the status of moves, and that the entire team is working effectively — including outside subcontractors and/or
your own internal resources.
Piedmont Facilities Services also supports day-to-day facilities management requirements. We can either assist your existing facilities management
staff or provide a turn-key outsourced facilities management solution — you pick and choose the services for your needs.
- General services available on contract include cleaning, general building maintenance, HVAC maintenance, design services, and project management.
- We can help set up your annual facilities budget, track the cost and give weekly reports.
- We can also manage your facilities budget including power, water and security.
- We can even take over your daily facilities management requests — assuming the responsibility of taking requests and responding to them — freeing you
and your employees this task so you may perform your normal business tasks.
Piedmont Facilities Services has eighteen thousand feet of warehouse space configured for rack storage of product in a manner, which will protect your
product from damage and is easily accessible.
- Your product will be stored neatly on racks containing 32 square feet per cell.
- Your product will be protected from damage and easily accessible.
- Your product will be kept clean.
- We will inventory your product as it is relocated to the warehouse and furnish you with an updated inventory.
- Inventory is updated with each move of product.
- Climate controlled art storage is available.
- Under normal conditions the receiving of product and pulling product to the dock is included in the storage fee.
- Transportation of product as needed.
Facilities Maintenance Contracts
Piedmont Facilities Services can participate with you in cost reduction analysis through outsourcing maintenance contracts on the services and
